With this in mind, the organization's Board of Directors has defined specific objectives and set anti-bribery targets consistent with this policy, which are reviewed periodically for achievement and appropriateness. The Board of Directors has also appointed a Compliance Officer and is committed to its independence. The organization is also committed to reducing bribery risks to the lowest possible risk level and taking advantage of opportunities. All employees and associates must behave impeccably in terms of anti-bribery. CORONIS Research SA encourages and requires its employees and associates always act with honesty and integrity. Employees and associates should report such incidents or suspicions of such incidents immediately, in good faith and without fear of punishment, in order to deal with them appropriately. Employees of the organization are prohibited from soliciting or accepting gifts in exchange for any favorable treatment. Failure to comply with this policy may be treated as a disciplinary matter and may result in dismissal.
